This Privacy Policy applies to Zayton Food, Zayton Delivery, and Zayton Business. We collect only the information necessary to provide accurate deliveries, restaurant services, and safe operations — and we do not share any user data with any third-party organization, company, or authority.

Location data

All three Zayton apps use your location to offer precise order time estimates, delivery times, and improved restaurant browsing.

  • Zayton Food & Zayton Business: Location is used to show nearby restaurants, estimate delivery time, and improve user experience.
  • Zayton Delivery: Location is collected in both foreground and background to share the courier’s real-time location with customers during active deliveries.
  • Location is never used for advertising or tracking outside Zayton services.

Camera, photos, and file uploads

All three apps may request access to your camera, gallery, or device files for account and menu management.

  • Profile photo uploading for users, couriers, and vendors.
  • Restaurant menu photos, food images, and business documents.
  • You choose which files to upload — we never access your gallery automatically.

Microphone access

Zayton Food and Zayton Delivery may request microphone access to support calling between couriers and customers.

  • Audio is used only for real-time phone communication.
  • We do not record, save, or analyze any audio data.

Zayton strictly does not sell, share, rent, or transfer any user data to any third-party company, organization, or authority.

  • All data stays inside the Zayton platform.
  • We only share information when legally required by Afghan or international law.

  • Encrypted communication between apps and servers.
  • Restricted access to sensitive delivery and user data.
  • Regular security audits and internal access controls.

Your rights

You may manage or request removal of your personal data at any time.

  • Update your profile information directly in the app.
  • Request deletion of your account by contacting support.
  • Withdraw permissions through your device settings (note: some services may stop working).
